What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPay.  We also accept electronic bank deposits, money orders and cheques in Australian dollars only.

 

What are you shipping costs and when will I receive my order?

We post our items using Australia Post. For orders to Australia, allow up to 7 days from the payment date for delivery. For all other countries, allow up to 14 days. It's that quick! This is subject to delivery services and customs requirements for your respective country.

We charge a flat postage and handling charge of A$5.95 to Australia and A$9.95 to the rest of the world.  So it doesn't matter how many of our items you buy, the shipping cost is the same!

 

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

We understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. You may receive a merchandise credit for the item value only within 14 days of the shipment date. The postage and handling costs are non-refundable.

The jewellery must be returned in its original condition. Fashion Stella is not responsible for lost or damaged products. Ensure that you return the jewellery in sturdy packaging similar to what we have sent you. Notify us that you are returning the item before posting it.

Postage for returned or exchanged products is at your cost, so we encourage you to choose carefully.

 

What about taxes?

Fashion Stella pays for all of the applicable Australian taxes and other charges. We do not pay for taxes and charges imposed by Customs Agencies outside of Australia. You will be responsible for any of these additional fees. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any further questions, please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

We wholesale to retail outlets only.  Please contact us to discuss your application to become one of our stockists.
